Welcome to Vekalgo's services. These terms apply to all Vekalgo applications and website services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Service Description
Vekalgo provides intelligent software services based on precision algorithms, including but not limited to personal financial management, data analysis, and related mobile applications. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or terminate any service or feature at any time, with advance notice to users for significant changes. By using our services, you agree to comply with applicable laws and these terms, and confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
2. Not Financial Advice
All information and data provided by Vekalgo applications — including financial tracking, portfolio management, cash flow prediction, financial health scores, and any other features — is for personal record-keeping and reference purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice of any kind. Stock quotes, exchange rates, and any market data displayed within the applications may be delayed or inaccurate; Vekalgo does not guarantee their real-time accuracy. You assume sole responsibility for any financial decisions made based on information within our applications. Please consult a licensed financial professional if needed.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some Vekalgo applications offer paid subscription plans. Subscription prices and billing periods are displayed at the time of purchase in the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you may continue to use paid features until the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for the remaining period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are liable for all activities under your account. You agree not to use Vekalgo services for any illegal activities, infringement of others' rights, or violation of these terms, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer any service, interfering with service operation, or accessing services through automated means. We reserve the right to terminate service for any abuse.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within Vekalgo's website and applications — including but not limited to algorithms, code, designs, brand logos, text, and images — is the property of Vekalgo and protected by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and international intellectual property laws. Without written authorisation, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use this content. Personal data you enter into our applications (such as transaction records) remains yours; Vekalgo uses such data only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide stable and reliable services, Vekalgo is not liable for: force majeure events (including natural disasters and network outages); service interruptions during system maintenance; data loss caused by user device or network issues; or financial losses arising from reliance on financial data displayed within our applications. Vekalgo's services are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Data Usage
Data generated through your use of Vekalgo services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We commit to protecting your data security, using your information only within the necessary scope to provide and improve services, and never selling your personal information to third parties.
8. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time, including adding, adjusting, or removing features. We will provide advance notice for significant feature changes. You may stop using Vekalgo services at any time and request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We also reserve the right to terminate service for users who violate these terms, without refund of any remaining subscription fees.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of disputes, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance.
10. Terms Modification
We may update these terms of service periodically to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. For significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email, and update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. App Store & Third-Party Terms
This agreement is between you and Vekalgo, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Vekalgo applications or their content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. Vekalgo's use of the App Store is subject to Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
